My participation in snowmobiling and ORV activities is voluntary and subjects me to the possibility of\nphysical injury (which could be minimal\, serious\, and/or result in death) and loss of or damage to property\n(“Risks”).\nAcknowledgment and Assumption of Risk: I recognize the Risks associated with snowmobiling and ORV\nactivities and assume full responsibility for any claims arising from those Risks.
