What are the Blue Bear and Cranberry Trails ?
Standing in the Trail Head Parking lot on M 72. CranberryTrail : If you go south and cross M72 then continue straight it runs until you hit the “T” going to Grayling or Fife Lake. Blue Bear Trail: If you head north into the woods. It is a loop that turns back at Starvation Lake to the M 72 parking Lot. Map on right color coded.

The Cranberry Trail was graded from M72 to Military Road today. The Blue Bear was graded yesterday. We will have all trails in great shape for your Holiday enjoy.

The cranberry trail was graded today to Military Rd. The trail was really rough but it is smooth now.

The Trail was groomed 2/27 and 2/28.The trail is in fair condition. There are a few areas that are bare. We will not be grooming until we get sufficient snow.

The trail was groomed Friday night and Saturday night. The trail received heavy traffic Saturday but is in good shape for a Sunday ride.

The trail has been groomed several times this week starting on Wednesday 2/22/23 getting the trail flat before the arrival of our storm. After getting about 5" of new snow, the groomer went out Wednesday night to start building the trail base. We chose to let the sleds run on the trail before we groomed again. The cranberry trail was groomed today. The trail is flat but real thin between Sunset trail and Military road. Hopefully we get more snow Thursday night and Friday.
